Just Banded 1-14-11

I was banded at 9:30 am in Baltimore, MD yesterday (1-14-11.) I was able to go home around 7 p.m. I feel good just a little sore. I think that gas is on its way. I am currently taking Gas-X strips...any other suggestions!

No other suggestions from me; just Gas X and walking. When I was banded I thought I would DIE from the gas. I was told it could hang around for 3 weeks and I was like, "NO WAY!" I took Gas X strips and walked in my living room...back and forth, back and forth. The gas went away after about 4 days.

Good luck and stay strong!

Dr. Singh is my doctor, love him! So far so good! If I could explain the discomfort it is like a 5lb weight sitting on your stomach and you can't get it off. Other than that everything is fine!
