Did you plan first meal?

When it ws time for you to get on food from the liquid diets after surgery did anyone have something planned that they wanted to taste or try a little of? I do plan on having a moist cooked vegtable with whatever meat I have. We can start our meats and cooked vegs and fruits(soft and smooth) I looked at the roast beef hash but didn't know if I should have the potatoes. I have canned chicken and know it will be tender....had it on pre op. I know I will have more fish in the future for sure now!!

I dont remember my first meal, but maybe try something like a tortilla soup in a crock pot, the meat would be tender from cooking and veggies soft.. Good luck, I'm sure whatever it is it will seem out of this world!! lol
