    Im ending day 7 of 14....It has been really hard....I hope u have better luck. I keep telling myself I think I can, I think I can, I think I can....Im to the point where it is I KNOW I CAN!

    Good luck! I am ending day 8 of 14 and my saving grace is I am on a dieuretic. I do still feel like my eyeballs are floating some days.

    Only 5 lbs...however..I am down a total of 45lbs...so im excited...

    These days are going soooo slow.
