i have just learned that it isnt so much the doctors that require the Psych eval .....it is my insurance. So any tips on how to pass the eval for coverage......... things to say, things not to say?

The Psych eval that I had was a written yes or no questionaire of about 50 questions. Not hard at all. Also the nutrition consultion is just that, they tell you that the crap we are eating now will not be what we can eat after the banding and they give you insights into how it will change and tips on how to make the change. I have not been banded yet. I am still working on appeals with my insurance company... After reading alot about it here on the Forum, I realized that this is a problem for alot of folks. I live in the DFW area so I went for my Psy Eval in Dallas at Psy-Med 214-3485557 they were really nice. They also do the nutrition consultation.
