My JOURNEY

My name is Chris, i am getting banded on December 29. i have been overweight most of my adult life and i decided several months ago to change my life. i am 5ft 5 inches tall and started out at 327 lbs. i am currently

at 302 lbs, with a goal of around 165. i know it will take some time, but my only regret is waiting so late in life to do this. my doctor has me on a strict liquid diet before the surgery, protein shake for breakfast, apple or banana for mid morning break, shake for lunch, shake mid afternoon, and a salad for supper, no meat or cheese. also a multivitamin as well.i know with all of the support from the people on this board that everything will be OK. thanks for being here for us.:)
