i had surgery tuesday. and that has been something i have been dealing with also. i think i swallow not on purpose but just out of habit. but i have been blessed to be able to burp without to much pain. it is uncomfortable but disapates quickly. i have been taking tums to get my calcium in but also to help relieve some gas too. if there are any more tips anyone else may have i hope they post them. I hope you get some relief soon.:D
