  3. Well my experience was a breeze down 150ish and kept it off for 3 years so far , my doc was great and I have never been filled. Lifestyle changes ahead for the best I love my healthy eating ways!

  7. Ask your dietitian what you calorie intake should be for your body style (weight height and age) that helped me and work harder in the gym
  8. What worked for me banded Aug 27 down 103 no fills , my dietitian told me that my calorie count needed to be 1500-1300 a day for proper weight lost for my body type. So find out your calorie intake that is needed for your body style and get some type of food tracker that has a activity tracker to see calories burned to what you eat. My gym Anytimefitness has a free website like I explain when you join

  10. I know someone that lost to much the doc to some fluid out so she could eat a little more and another friend who had the sleeve and she lost to much weight and is having trouble gaining it back

Well first join a gym is a must and work hard every day also get with your dietitian and find out your calorie intake for your body style and age I am 1500-1300 calories a day and last but not least eat healthier and dont be afraid to cheat once and a while remember 3 bites of bad food is all you need it works ................work hard in the gym good luck

  13. I am 1500-1300 cals a day ask your dietitian about your body style and they should be able to tell you what you need to intake for proper weight lost ....it goes by your age height weight good luck
  14. Lost is lost I dont care if its water weight or not , your losing so you use that to keep you motivated the first two weeks post op I was losing almost 2 lbs a day. What gets me thru the day is tracking my food and calorie counting also get to the gym and you will be amazed. I am a member at Anytime Fitness and it comes with a free website Anytimehealth.com you can log food and daily activities its great. Tips that helped me WORK HARD PUSH YOUR SELF IN THE GYM and its ok to cheat or indulged a little .....I read once 3 bites of bad food is enough for satisfaction if you can conquer that you will be golden ....I wish I would have been banded 10 years ago
  15. ask your dietitian whats a good daily intake for your body style it may seem like a lot of food but it worked for me 1500-1300 a day and in the gym everyday at least 45 mins cardio or more

The pre op diet I didnt think I would like but Ive lost 22 pounds pre op and it was great it got me excited about my surg and now Im addicted to the gym ......tip for you that worked for me is ask your diet person what should be your calorie intake according to your body style and follow it. Once I learned what I needed to consume for good weight lost it was amazing how it worked my cal intake daily is 1500-1300 and in the gym everyday ....work hard gl
  17. I use sugar in my coffee if you work hard at the gym you will be fine I dont like sugar sub either the only one I can tolerate is Sugar Free Ice Coffee from McDonalds Vanilla
  18. my snacks are quaker 90 calorie chewy granola (smores choc chunk peanut butter choc) quaker rice cakes 100 calorie pack choc drizzle choc mint and my fav popchips found at Target

  20. WORK OUT HARD EVERYDAY .....never take a day off until your goal is met . I was banded Aug 27 I am down 91 lbs no fills just work hard.
  21. I am five months post op and havent had a fill yet Im down 90 lbs once I reach my goal I may ask for one but other than that I feel great ...........just work hard at the gym dont just use the band as the only tool
  22. I am lucky I didnt have any problems so far only 5 months post op but I would do it again and I wish I would have done it ten years ago I am 42
  23. I went for my 4 month post op check up still no fills I am down 90 lbs I am my docs poster child I was told
  24. My BP is high even with the amount of weight I lost the Dr cant figure it out I say high this morning it was 139/89
