Week 2 post op

2 weeks post op & I went out last night. I came home & ate a slice of a Subway turkey sub & chips....my stomach is hurting soooo bad. Has anyone else experienced this? I know it was stupid, but I was out and well, you know....

    Lesson learned? I'm two weeks post op and I know my newly banded tummy couldn't handle sandwich or chips. Sounds like a lot of people here can't tolerate bread. You might fit into that category.

    Move on from this and use it as motivation to stay on track.

    Thanks, I'm feeling waaay better today. Lesson learned, for sure. I was kinda freaking out cuz I ate any real food at all...lol. Oopsie, never doing that again.
