I'm going to have my surgery this week and am wondering what type of pain meds are typically prescribed? Some pain meds have made me sick in the past. I can tolerate Tylenol 3, so is that something that would help enough with the pain? Thanks for any help you may have.

I was prescribed liquid Loratadine Hydrocondone (generic for Lortab). I'm sure you can tell your surgeon what meds don't work well with your system. Good luck:)
