Got my first fill yesterday

I got my first fill yesterday and it went well. The nurse told me to get ready for a big stick, and I kept waiting for it, then she told me to stand up, that is when I noticed that I had a needle sticking out of me. So atleast it did not hurt going in, but it hurt a little coming out. So far I have lost a total of 40 lbs, since starting the pre-op diet almost 7 weeks ago. I started at 388lbs and I am down to 348lbs, just that 40 lbs has made me feel so much better. Even my 4 1/2 year old has notice and has been making comments that I look smaller. So far this has been an amazing experince. I do have one question, how can I get a weight ticker to transfer to my profile. I can create one, but can't figure out how to import it to my profile. Any help would be appreciated.

A.J.

Congrats A.J.!!!!!!!!

That is such great news.... your weight loss is inspiring. I'm 10 days post op and have lost 15 lbs... I don't get my first fill until Jan. 18 so for now I'm sticking to eating no more than a half a cup while taking my Vitamins and getting the Fluid in. I don't know about you but I can't wait to countdown to the New Year because this New Year it will finally happen that I'll lose weight.....yay!!!!! I too am trying to figure out how to paste that ticker as well. There is a previous blog about it but I still didn't get it. If someone can give a step by step on how you post it for those of us who aren't that tech savy(lol) would be greatly appreciated. Continued success to you A.J.

Wow! Great job to both of you! I am scheduled to have my first fill on the 23rd and I'm looking forward to it. The way I got my ticker to show up is after you create your ticker, at the bottom of that ticker page, there is a box with a long paragraph of words/address type thing. Highlight that entire thing, copy minimize and then paste it to your signature. It may not look like the ticker picture until you save it and post something, then hopefully you will see it. This is the way that I did it anyways! Keep up the great work!!!

Congrats on your loss!
