Egg drop soup pre op?

Does anyone know if I can eat egg drop soup on my pre op diet? It says I can have cream soups and I think they are about the same consistency, and the eggs are not really like food. I need to have something with a little more sustonence

    I would call your Nut. I think egg drop would actually be lower in calories but probably higher in salt.
