Good Feeling

Geez I feel so good right now. Yesterday when I was in church one of the mothers hugged me and whispered in my ear "dont think I haven't noticed your losing weight". I hadn't even thought about it really. But just to hear another person acknowledge they can see something changing on you is confirmation that I did the right thing. Milestones no matter how big or small should be celebrated so of course I left church and went straight to the mall, lol.

    Thats great!! I walked into work today and like you said not thinking much about it and a lady stopped me and goes "wow you are loosing weight" WHAT A GREAT FEELING!!!!!!
