So Darn Hungry

For the first time since i have been banded in August 2010, i have regained 2lbs. But that is ok, i can handle 2 lbs, the problem is that i am soooooooo darn hungry! I have been feeling like this for about 2 weeks, or right after the holiday! I did great for the Thanksgiving weekend. Now i feel like i can eat a whole person if they were on my plate! And to make matters worse i am not scheduled for a fill until Dec 20th!!!! HELP!!!!!

Call your doctor and tell them you need in sooner. If what you're feeling is actual hunger, then your band needs to be a bit tighter.

I was banded July 30th and I go through stages of being ravished!! I just had a really bad week of bein starving a couple weeks ago right before my 3rd fill. It really is hard but like Elfie said you need another fill. My doctor wouldnt do fills but every 6 weeks and wouldnt budge on that rule and I am even selfpay. If you can call them and get in sooner definitly do that. If not, just try to eat as healthy as you can and exercise if you are able to help. I am not sure how many fills you have had but I finally got my 3rd fill last week and it made a huge difference in my hunger!! hang in there!!

Hey guys, I went to the Dr. today and he agreed that i needed a fill. I have had 4 fills including today and a total of 5.5cc's so we will see. I was also told to watch my carbs. Now i am looking for good low carb recipes, any suggestions?

Thanks guys

This is where I've gotten a lot of my recipes. I like the fact that she comments on how they came out, whether they need to be tweaked, etc.
