Hi everyone! I am new to this site. I am planning on having lap band surgery. I've been on yo yo diets for years. My wake up call was when my 37 year old brother died of a massive heart attack in his sleep. He was obese most of his life. My mother as well is overweight. She has high blood pressure and at times has to wear a nitroglyerin patch. This scares me. I've tried to find many ways to lose weight, from starving myself to South Beach diet. I would lose weight and gain it all back and then some. I want to live a healthier lifestyle and be able to do more physical activities with my kids.
Tonight I go for the seminar and then I go for my consult soon. I am looking forward to being a new me. Thanks for listening!
