My Dr. said I could take a Gas-X. He also said to prop my hips, knees and feet up higher than my chest and lay like that until it went away. Both of these worked for a short time.

    How to remove gas/pressure feeling from chest or stomach!??

    Gas-X did not help me 1 bit. Honestly I found that drinking Water or eating/drinking your Protein shake helps. The pressure will naturally force it out up top or bottom.
