I need some help...

So I had a really really bad stuck episode today. I haven't had a fill in about 5 months. I have had pretty good restriction. i might get stuck from time to time but it come up or goes down and I am fine. Today I PB'd several times and I have been sliming constantly.... This has been going on for about an hour now. Is there something still stuck? is this normal? Has this happened to anyone? What can I do? I don't think I can do this for much longer....

Its normal if a food is stuck on your porch. Sometimes it takes a good hour before the food which was stuck there slides down but feeling of nausea stays for another hour for me. Did you try to drink soda? it always helps.

Jess...I keep papaya tablets on hand. Chew three of them and that usually takes care of it. I have been very lucky and have not had to use any for over a year or more. They really do help. I keep some in my purse for when I am out and about also.
