Varing Restriction During A Single Meal?

Has anyone ever noticed that during a single meal, they have variations in their restriction?

For the first 20-30 minutes of a meal, I have very tight restriction, and after that, I am able to eat much easier?

Ive read where some have tighter restriction in the mornings, but never the type of variation I have!

I just got my 3rd fill on Wednesday and have noticed that, but it also makes sense why my dr and nutritionist said to keep meals to 20 to 30 minutes max. I think the food starts to move through at this point and "makes room" for more. So I try to keep my actual eating time to around 20 minutes.

This happens to me as well. At first able to eat easily, then tight then easily, all within like ten minutes!
