Hello Nessa. Welcome to LBT.

Good luck with your surgery next month. I wish you a very successful surgery and a speedy recovery.

Hope you enjoy your stay here. It's a very supportive place to be, and there will always be someone here to help you out.

Oh yeah, good luck with your 2 week diet also.

See ya around.

Hello Vanessa and congratulations on your upcoming banding :)

I'm also in Antioch, TN....

Will you be having your surgery with Dr. Morton? He seems to do the majority lapband surgeries in this area.

Welcome and good luck on your pre-surgery diet. You are brave (and smart) to do this over the holidays. Just think about how great you will look and feel next Christmas.

This site is a great resource. There are many old threads with valuable information on diet after surgery, Protein shakes, fills, etc and new ones with info on what's the latest and great info.

Keep us updated. Celeste

Yes my surgery is with Dr Morton. I am so ready to do this. I have been on my liquid diet for a week now and I have one more to go. I'm hungry but it's not that bad.
