Vitamuffins?

Just a question regarding Vitamuffins... I have eaten these for years, and love them, but have not eaten them since banding. Does anyone else have them on a semi-regular basis? Do they keep you full? Thank you! :smile2:

The sugar free ones are now readily available where I am, and the nutritionals are: Cal - 90; Fat - 2g; Total Carb - 23g; Fiber - 9g; Protein - 4g; plus 50% total Vitamins for the day. (And they are delicious!!!!!!!!!) :wink2:
