Vitamins...

Where do you get your vitamins and what do you use?? The only chewables I see are for children or seniors over 50. I don't even see liquid vitamins. I know I could take 2 children's chewables if need be. Please let me know! Thanks!

I don't like the chewables, so I went to GNC and bought a vita-pack with 4 different daily vitiams. A couple of the pills are big, but I can take them mid-afternoon and I don't have any problems with them. Not sure if my doc would approve of these since they are not bariatric, but I am going to the doc on Monday and will ask them. Overall, I feel better taking these than I did the Bariatric Advantage.

I have been checking out all these things prior to surgery. Do you have a VitaminShoppe? if so they have a whole slew of liquid multi-vitamins, calcium, Vit-D etc.

I just had the most delicious liquid Vitamin I've ever had. Chery flavoured, sugar free and tastes like a dreammm.

I can't wait till tomorrow so I can have another spoonful :-)

Edit: It's called Accomin and although the bottle looks very unfun, it is delicioussssss!
