Today is my first fill and looking for feedback. Tell me the in's and out's of getting a fill and how you feel!

good luck not much to it the give you a fill then a taste of water to make sure its not too tight and fluids can go down... then my doc tells me just liquids for the rest of the day, I do shakes and by dinner time i am able to take soups also.. for me personally the first two or three days i eat very little then im very full after that im fine............good luck and keep getting those fills

The fill is pretty easy. The doc. will locate the port, use a local and then access the port (the needle is fairly long but you won't feel a thing). I am told liquids for 24 hours then back to solid food. You may have swelling which will make you tight for a few days, then it wears off. Don't sweat it, you'll be fine.
