So have any of you ever noticed that 3 out of 5 comercials are for some type of fast food or unhealthy food? no wonder were all "fluffy" They should ban food comercials just like they did cigarettes!!!! Sorry for ranting but really no wonder our society is obese with the bsession we have for unhealthy foods! ...Getting banded tomorow..heres to changing the obsession!

It is shocking how many commercials are for fast food/junk food. They don't really bother that much but the "brownie bites" don't know their name that are "found in the refrigerator section" those are just evil.

The first thing I did when I saw the title of this thread was lol. I kind of block them out whenever they come on - except the redlobster ones. However, one of my weaknesses since surgery has been the food network. I am addicted to watching the stuff I can't really eat anymore. I guess I get my fix that way.

I didnt really notice until I was on the 2 week pre op liquid diet. Thank God for DVR and the fast forward button lol

My situation is very progressive. I found a lot of information needed and hire a consultant for my exercise regime and diet. I would think next time I will see my accomplishments.

We should take away all of those food channels because I'm sure most of those shows make unhealthy food. They should also ban those birth control commericals because they are teaching are children sex!!!!!

Seriously. This is so silly. Commericials didn't make you fat.

yeah i know comercials didnt make me fat, im not a moron...duh.

But if thats all we see on tv arent you more likely to want to eat that than grilled chicken breast....personally id take the brownies over a saled any in my past. Im just saying that if we are monitoring other things that make you unhealthy than why not food/processed food. Also, i was on my 3 day clear liquid die when i posted that. so obviously i was a little more observant to the food comercials because i was starving
