Constipation?

I started out taking Miralax daily. Then my surgeon recommended this instead: Vitamin Shoppe

This really works! I only use a teaspoon at night. At that rate this container will last me around 6 months. You just mix a teaspoon or two of it with a small amount of Water. It fizzes so I stir it up let it sit 20 minutes and then stir some more. That makes all the fizz go away and then I drink it.

It tastes good also:) Just thought I'd share. It's just magnesium which is something our bodies need anyway.

It took me 7 days post-op and a call to my surgeon. He recommended a stool softener and Philips Milk of Magnesia, it worked like a charm, and now if I feel like I am getting bound up all I need is a stool softener.

i eat yogurt once a day and that works for me. when i skip i know and mom taste like @$$ lol. almost makes me wanna throw up!! B)

I am always looking for something to take to help with constipation. I will have to see if I can find those items here in Korea. It is a little harder to get many qestern products so I always try more natural ways like certain foods in my diet etc.

i know this is a common problem for many bandsters :S

Stuck Grrrrrr!
