stress=tightness?

Does anyone else find that they become much tighter during stressful times or is it just me?

Me too! When I have a stressful day at work, I tend to get stuck with anything I eat! Don't know why, but I sometimes try to eat very light or drink a protein smoothie instead, even that tends to have to go down slower than usual when my band is tight. I have no fills, doesn't figure does it? I also am to goal with losing 90 pds.

Always! It's weird eh :thumbup:

Stress, flying and lifting will tighten me up. I am extra vigilent during those times and really take my time while eating and tend to go back to softer/mushies

Yes. The stress hormone cortisol causes fluid retention---and it affects band tightness, for sure.
