HELP! I've fallen and I can't get back up....lol

Well it has been a long hot summer here in Northern NJ and I haven't "exactly" followed my plan. I have been maintaining my weight all summer, I haven't gained which is good, but I think I went to one BBQ too many because I am having trouble getting back to where I start losing again.

I have been doing a low impact work out several times a week all summer so that help me maintain. I am looking for a few easy to follow, quick, jump start ideas. I started liquids again and can manage a day or two but then I am so hungry I grab anything within reach so I need to be careful there!

Any input would be appreciated!!

My advice is to up your excersise. That's great you kept up your workouts even though you weren't always making good food choices. I think you are right that that is what kept you from gaining. You don't say what exactly your doing. I would increase the intensity and/or duration of what you are doing.

Another piece of advice is to simply not keep the "bad foods" in the house. I know it may be difficult if you have a family and they wan't that stuff. Maybe find things they like, that you don't care for. It's important to reduce temptation as much as possible. As far as outings such as a bbq, bringing your own food may be a solution.
