????? questions!!!!

I was wondering if anyone could tell me what <sweet spot> restriction feels like??...

I had my 2nd fill (total of 5.5 cc in a 10 cc band) Aug 26th and since then I have been restricted on eating. I eat about 1/2 cup and have to make sure that I really chew chew chew. Sometimes, my food is cold before I can finish it. I have gotten stuck several times and just have to relax until it goes down. I never got stuck before my 2nd fill.

I am just wondering if it is too tight or if this is the way it is supposed to be?

I am still learning to eat slower and chew more. It kicks me in the butt when I eat too fast.

Any insight?????

I would like to hear the answer to this as well. I was banded May 3rd and I have had 3 fills so far a total of 5.66'cc and sometimes I feel tight and can't eat that much but other times I feel like I can eat anything. For me at night is the worse time I feel like I can just eat everything in the house.

It is very typical to be tighter in the morning than in the afternoon/evening.

newstacy09- IMHO your are not too tight. As long as you are eating enough to get your protien and calories in, I think your in a good place. Be sure to get your fluids in as well. Good luck!
