Not losing :(

At a stall or something ---

Had a fill that didnt give me any restriction so i went back 5 days later for more, ended up too tight and went back a week later for a small unfill.. they took out 5cc and since then i have not lost anything :biggrin:

Next appointment is 9-23 but im so close to that 100lb mark i cant stand not seeing the scale move even a pound a week.....

Stalls are so frustrating, but you will get through it. Try to focus on things like your clothes getting looser or having more energy, rather than the number on the scale. I only weigh myself once or twice a week, record it every Sun.

My advice is to change things up. Start working out if your not already, and if you are try something new. Your body eventually adusts to what your doing. Changing up the calories you eat everyday may help as well. One day do 1200 another 1500 et..
