can I pre-mix protein drinks?

hi all, I am coming in a little early for an easy question. Does anyone premix your protein drink --like a cup or two at a time? I would keep it in fridge and then just pour my 4 oz. per hour..what do you think??

I've done that many times. :-)

I used bariatric advantage protein shakes and honestly, they didn't keep well in the fridge. I did it 2 days in a row and the color changed in the shake and I was a little turned off by it.

I found that the ones that are not milky work best for this. I like Nectar brand roadside lemonaid. The one that I have mixed ahead like this and seems to work the best is mixing fruit punch protein bullets (walmart) in water.

hi

i find protein drinks smell after awhile so mine dont keep long. they are yummy in the beginning .....
