just another newbie

I'm new here too. I started about a year and a half ago with medicare to get to my surgery in April. I just found this site thereby making me a newbie! Hi everybody and thank you so much for being here. It has been really exciting getting here and I have so many questions like how do you figure out what you can eat that isn't uncomfortable?:blink:

Welcome!! When it comes to food, sometimes it's a trial and error type thing. Many people have issues with bread, rice, sometimes lettuce, etc. Ask your nutritionist what kind of food he/she thinks may be troublesome.

Just remember small bites and to chew.
