Having some pain. Dont know what it is.

Ok, I got my band December 23, 2008. I started at 339 and I'm down to 242. I'm having some moderate pain around the port when I lay flat on my back, on my side, stomache. But when I sit up, the pain subsides or completely goes away. This is the first time I've had this, or at least the first time it prevents me from sleeping. I have a few suspicions, but I just don't know:

1. It might be my back brace that I wear to work. I work in a warehouse, lifting boxes all day. And I think maybe it's pressing the port.

2. Possibly something I ate, but I didn't eat anything out of the ordinary, or in large amounts.

3. I started going to the gym after work and did a bunch of sit ups. However, I had only gone a couple days (just started).

Any help? I don't know what this is, or if it's a major concern or just a passing thing. Thanks.
