I got a surgery date- 09/14/10.

Now we are just waiting for approval from anthem.

My pre-op class is 09/01.

Doing pre-op testing this week or next.

Im soo anxious.. I hope i get approved!

Good luck on your surgery date. I finished my last dr's visit for the insurance. Now my paperwork will be put in for insurance approval. Can't wait for approval and date. I am told surgery should be in the early part of September, can't wait.

THEMAXWELLFAMILY, I also have a Surgery date for September, and I'm still have not receive my approval.

Congratulations and Good luck on your approval. My surgical date is also September 14. I was approved about 2 months ago but my surgeon was booked up until then. I won't do my second surgical consult with the doctor or the get the presurgical diet from the nutritionist until the last week in August. I hope you keep in touch.

Congratulations!! That is so exciting! Just wanted to tell you to be sure to take your measurements now & write them down, and to take some before pictures! You will want these things later so that you can see all of your great progress!
