Has anyone checked this site out. My MIL sees a nutritionist who told her about this site. After joining the site, which is free, it lets you map out walking routes, tells you the distance in miles and when you plug in how long it takes you to complete, it tells you the calories burned. Very cool and an awesome tool!! http://runstoppable.com

Great site - thanks! My first big goal after having surgery July 29th is to run a 5K in the fall, so this is a great help.
