calorie counting....

ok, so I am having a hard time counting my calories! I know there are places online to help you, but I just really struggle with this! I weigh and measure all my food, so I am consistently eating less than 8 oz (usually around 6)at one meal... but i'm just stumped. for example....we had steak the other day. I marinated it really well for 24 hours to ensure it was tender and moist....grilled it and weighed out my 3 oz of steak and 3oz of brocoli. went to see the calorie count and I was lost and a little confused....i want to know the total amt of calories i'm eating....i have been at 220 lbs for two weeks now! and have had two small fills....(starting wght 255 surgery 5/20) so i think I can officially say I am in bandster hell. all that being said....i know uping calories sometimes can make the wght start coming off...but I don't even know where I am at rigt now (i would guess around 800 calories) sorry to ramble on about my confusion...

I use myfitnesspal.com and sometimes fitday, which seems to be a lot more helpful. You can track calories as well as exercise and it'll tell you fat, Protein, and carb amounts as well.

I've been stuck at 196.6 (went up ) but I'm down to 196.2 this morning! I upped my calories a tiny tiny bit since I am burning more.

Good luck!!
