YAY! First post-op visit

Today I had my first post-op visit and everything is looking good! On mushy foods, and when I go back in two weeks we'll start the solid food phase, then two weeks after that hopefully my first fill!

Now, the really exciting part! When I went into the office, they said they could already see a difference in my face. Can't wait to lose the moon face, and have jaw and cheek bones! But I lost 5 lbs post op, 12 all together! Woohoo! Minor successes feel sooo good!

Congrats! on your weight loss! I had my first post op appointment yesterday and all went well! I did tell him that if I had to drink one more protein shake I would not be able to stand myself! So he put me on mushies too! It is truely the small steps that get us through this journey!
