Stalled

Any suggestions for being stalled.. im suck at 76 pounds for the last 2 weeks.

I know for certain i do not need a fill...

You have done great! I would change up what your doing. If your already working out, change what you do (from teadmill to bike et..). Adding weights will increase your metabolism as you build muscle. Varying the amount of calories you eat is also suppossed to help (eat 1200 one day, 900 the next et..). Good luck! Keep up the good work and you will see that scale move.
