hi everyone.

well, i got my band in 2004, lost 100 lbs and kept if off for years. due to a lot of circumstances (excuses) i gained it almost all back:scared2:. at least i caught it before i went over my original weight. anyway, had a fill 3 days ago, and down 3.5 lbs:thumbup:...okay i know its water weight but it feels great to be on track again...97lbs more to go.

had a brain tumor, and surgery...used it as an excuse to stop working out and eating poorly....hopefully i learned from that experience. not happy about doing having do do the weight thing all over again, but at least i know it works, and i can do it.
