No liquids coming out!

I had my surgery on Thur June 24th. I am doing good. I feel okay. I am mobile and drinking at least 64 oz per day plus. The issue is, I am bearly using the restroom. Basically in the morning and at night but I have 6 shakes per day with 8 oz of water in each plus 2 or 3 bottled waters.... I have not lost a lb. Its like all the liquid is just staying in me. What do I do?
