Skin Changes - Acne

Has anyone else noticed a change in their skin - especially acne? I have not had a problem with it since I was a teenager and now all of a sudden my face is breaking out and I have even gotten them on my chest, my ear and a really bad pimple on my upper arm. I would sure like to turn back the hands of time but not with the pimples!

The only thing that has really changed in my life is the band and I am eating better foods now - can't figure out where this is coming from!

I just got a big zit on my chin. On top of that I'm getting dry reptile skin on my hands. What's all of this about???

Windus are you menopausal? Apparently approx 10% of people get a recurrence of acne or pimples when they are going through the menopause.

Windus- I didnt have acne as a kid even but whenever I would do a cleanse or lose weight quickly I would break out. I believe that my body is getting rid of toxins and some of that is being released by the skin. Fat cells hold onto a A LOT of crap in our bodies.... so when we break them down it can come out through the skin... are you getting the pimples in places where you sweat? I use the Neutrogena acne system as needed and it usually does the trick for me... I broke out soon after being baded but it has gone away as my weigh loss has slowed
