So if I understand what your saying is, your tooting your own horn?

From my experience it doesn't matter what I eat, I'm always burping or tooting. I hope it's just our body adjusting to the band.

If it doesn't go away at least we can entertain ourselves by going to the mall and silently crop-dusting unsuspecting people.

I agree with Mrs. Plumpy. It doesn't seem to matter what I eat. I am always "tooting my horn"

Thank the heavens! i thought it was just me. Has anyone tried pepto pills or any other gas fighting pills. i am so embarresed

Around the house unless it starts hurting I dont use any gas x chewables (the cats just look at me strange if I make a noise and hubby is used to it) but if you're going out you should definately take some gas x chewables with you. I use the store brand of Gas x chewables and they work great and are cheaper.
