Hello! 4 days post-op

As I sit here sipping on my warm chicken broth I am well into my 4th day post-op. I had surgery in Mexcio and was pleased with my experience. I am doing ok but still dealing with major gas pains. I am ready for this phase to end.

CONGRATULATIONS. Try Gas-X strips and a heating pad if you haven't already been doing so. And make sure that you get up and walk as much as possible.

I was banded on June 7....3 days post op. I was sooooo miserable the first 2 days, I actually had begun to have regrets, by Wednesday I was feeling better, today, I think I am still experiencing gas pains also. I will be on clear liquids until the 16th and then full liquids.

I had my LAP-BAND® surgery on Tuesday June 8th. So far so good with the exception of having a terrible bout of diarrhoea and cramping yesterday. I guess my system just flushing out.

So nice to see this support group because I'm going to need it!:frown:
