:smile:is there any one here that is using medicaid, if u can tell me what are the requirements for to be approved for the lapband surgery?

I have virginia medicaid and the req. are 6 month doc. supervised diet bmi 35 with comorbidities 40 with none psych eval nutritionist visits pcp referral

Thank you, im just trying to see how long i would probably have to wait til i get the surgery done. I know every state is different so im just gonna see what everybody had gone through.. Thanx again.
