let's talk plateau

I know we all have them, but plateaus are hard to get through without advice and encouragement. So far I haven't had much problem with it - until NOW! Almost 3 weeks of no loss. I've been faithful and have been exercising. What are your thoughts on plateau. Need ENCOURAGEMENT!

I think a plateau means your body has gotten use to what you are doing and to progress you have to do one of 3 things:

1) Exercise more. (longer)

2) Exercise harder. (intensity)

3) Eat less calories.

I am at a plateau and I don't want to do any of the above so I am choosing option 4, pouting. I am so mad because I want to lose more but I don't want to work harder.

Thanks for letting me vent on your thread.

Eat a few less calories and see if that gets things moving. Stop eating a bit earlier in the evening.

you may also want to change up the exercise, I was told that your body will get use to it so you have to change it up every two weeks.

Good luck!

Right now I choose your #4 also. Pouting seems to be the moment.
