Help! How do I make my before/after photo smaller?!

Sheesh. . I wanted to put it in my signature, but this is ridiculous!! It's obnoxiously ginormous!! I may have to go back to the old one. HELP!!

    I believe you have to resize them prior to adding them to your signature, like with using Photoshop or Picture It, etc. But you look awesome, and I caught your blog address in another post of yours that I read, and have been faithfully reading it! I love it, and feel like I know you! You are doing an incredible job, and have become quite an inspiration to me! Thanks for sharing your world...
