Congrats! You have done great. 2 things to suggest. One is varying your calories day to day, for example, eat 1200 one day, 900 another, 1400 another. Also, vary your excersise. Doing these things is suppossed to kinda trick your body into loosing that last bit of fat. Good luck!

thanks so much. during my weight loss journey I war told by my surgeon nt 2 count calories so I didnt. I do different exercises 2 trick my body. These last 8lbs r hard 2 get rid of.

OMG Tiff congrats!!! You go girl!!! I am stuck at 169...really discouraging. In researching the whole plateau thing, it seems that the last few are so hard to lose because your body is trying to tell you it's at a good place....even when we beg to differ LOL! Stay with it. It may take a little longer, but it will come off. You've done amazing! So good to 'see' you! I was wondering how you were doing!!

Hang in there!

Well, that's the way the cookie crumbles (ha, ha). It is hard to last few pounds. Our bodies are resisting losing anymore weight. I've been struggling with the last 16 lbs.

Keep doing what you're doing. It'll happen. Congrats on your success.
