I had my last meal syndrome for about 3-4 days and gained 6 pounds! I was so mad at myself!

I started my pre-op diet this past monday which consists of only liquids, Protein shakes, sugar free Jello, sugar free popsicles, broth, low fat creamed Soups, and I am allowed to sometimes add some fruit, natural Peanut Butter, or nuts in my foods. I am suppose to stay under 50g of carbs and 800 cals. It hasnt been as bad as I thought, the first day was horrible! But now its just a part of my daily routine. I think tomorrow will be my real test! Going to a BBQ with family for Mothers Day.

The good thing abut this diet that I have lost 11 pounds in 5 days!
