how long being full

hi! i was wondering how long are we supposed to be full after a meal... i am on 3.5 and i am eating a lot less than before, but i dont know i am full for enough time... i am probably full for 3 maybe 4 hours with luck...

    3-4 hours sounds about right. For me, it's not even that long, probably 2-3 hours. Small snacks hold me over. Sounds like your doing great!
