    That link really doesn't help that much. As far as saying now go to lap band talk. Then what??!!

    It took a long time to figure out to go to the signature part of lap band talk. then a while to figure out how to put it in the right way. I think that link needs some updating.

    Up towards the top there is a link called user cp, click on that. This is where you update all of your information. On the left side down just a bit it will say update profile picture. Click on there and follow the directions. Good luck, Wayno
