Myoplex or EAS

Which tastes better? They were recommended by my dietician and before I buy, I want to get some opinions from some veteran banders. Thank you!

I drink Myoplex lite- much less fat than myoplex. It has worked really well- not delicious but not bad at all. I like the chocolate.

EAS!!!! I buy it in the powered form and I also buy EAS AdvantEdge carb control pre-made drinks for when I'm on the run. They are low in calories and carbs and have several flavors to choose from.

I second EAS ... the premade ones are great when you are on the run. FYI Target has them the cheapest by far then anywhere else I have found.

Blarf. Neither!

EAS is the company that makes the Myoplex line of products. I used both the Carb Control and Advantage products. They both have a slight chalky taste but overall were good.

I had them for my pre-op diet and start them tomorrow as part of my post-op diet.

I like both Myoplex Lite and the EAS Advantage....I like the Advantage a little better. Since you asked about those 2 brands I will stick with my opinion of them.

Walmart always has both of them, and maybe the powder, too. I didn't know Target was cheap, I will check them out!!!
