Hungry

Found myself very hungry today and able to eat more than I should.. I know i dont need a fill because sunday night at dinner i was able to eat very little of my dinner - I think i might actually be noticing slider foods now - todays lunch and dinner was left over dinner from last night - I am thinking that it can be considered a slider - its ground beef cooked and placed in the bottom of a baking dish, a can of creamed corn over that and mashed potatoes over that -- thinking that it is sliding through and thats why ive been hungrier today than i have in a while.. what do you all think?

It may be a slider food for you but it is also mostly carbs as well..the corn and potato. Carbs always set me up to be more hungry earlier than if I ate a protein only meal.

I totally agree--yes, slider. But also, quite possibly, hunger triggered by carby choices.

What happens when you eat solid, lean Protein and nonstarchy veggies/

Frankly, doesn't sound like a meal that will produce weight loss, or fullness. I would stick with lean protien and veggies. Also get 2 servings of calcium a day. At least that's what my nutritionist advices. Good luck!
