am I eating enough? or do I need a fill?

I had my first fill on 3/25. Was told can come in a week for another if needed.

I dont know if I am eating not enough and that is why I am hungry?

Here is thus far today

7am Breakfast, one peice of toast, with peanutbutter

one banana----total time 20 mins to eat

10am hungry, stomach rumbling

1030 Fiber one bar--took 7 mins to eat

1215pm hungry!!! slight stomach rumbling

lunch one egg salad sandwich, one pear, total time

22 mins to eat. Feel like I could eat more!!

also I wait an hour before started in on my Water, and it seems that as soon as I start water the hungers appears!

I am thinking I may need a fill. Should I give it more time. Should I eat more????

Hi!

I am only 3 months in so I don't want to advise on the fill.

However, I can suggest something that really worked for me.

I used to be really hungry like you...and then I realized I was eating way too early in the morning.

Now I do this:

6am up for day

7am coffee

9am Greek Yogurt with Special K flakes

130pm Turkey Chili with a side of cottage cheese

600pm dinner

Just delaying my first bite by a few hours really sets the tone of the day---I am not hungry.

If I eat *anything* including a Protein shake before 9am I will be starving the rest of the day.

And The more protein the better...

your doing great though!

I have to agree. I get up at around 5:45, but I do not eat my breakfast until at least 8:30. I usually sip on Water until about 7:30. I find that I am usually not very hungry until lunch time--I have very little restriction now btw.

Well, I dont think that's too much food - and I dont think its unusual to get hungry! The band wont necessarily stop hunger - well it doesnt for me - I still get hungry like I normally would but I get satisfied on much less food and that lasts longer than it did.

But being away and eating with five other adults this week made me realise just how little I really eat for someone as active as me!

You're not eating a lot of food - so hunger is normal. Eat when you're hungry, but eat healthy and small portions.
